The water level is now higher than the in winter. Until few days ago the access to this area was not possible on foot as everything was under water. March feels a bit rusty in the wetland. The young green plants are now covered with dust and mud from the water. Leaves are about to show up and the Boxelder maple is already flowering with vivid red flowers.
